- You authorize us to access your Discord User ID, Avatar, and Username for identification purposes.
- You agree that you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms.
3. Content & Intellectual Property
- Generated Stories: All stories, characters, and world-building elements generated by the Ethoria Engine are the property of Tales of Ethoria. You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to read, share, and enjoy this content.
- Prohibited Use: You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute the Site’s content in bulk for the purpose of training other AI models or creating competing services without our express written permission.
4. Age Restriction (Grimdark Content)
This Site features “Grimdark” fantasy content, which may include themes of war, moral ambiguity, and mature situations. By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or older, depending on your local jurisdiction’s requirements for digital services).
